Pneumatic Systems Engineering offers a variety of standard and custom products for efficient solutions to vibration problems regarding sensitive medical, scientific, manufacturing and quality control test equipment. For exacting vibration isolation requirements, conventional isolators cannot match the performance of a Serva-Level pneumatic isolation system.
Serva-Level isolation systems can be designed with natural frequencies as low as 0.5 Hz vertically and 0.3 Hz horizontally, allowing isolation efficiencies in excess of 99% with low susceptibility to instability or rocking.
We also design and build special bench and cradle type systems for isolation of tall or high center of gravity equipment.

As a service to our customers, Pneumatic Systems Engineering performs on-site vibration surveys to establish the vibration environment at selected locations where vibration sensitive equipment might be installed. Vibration surveys are performed in the vertical axis and two mutually perpendicular horizontal axis to determine the maximum vibration spectrum during a specific time period in each axis. Upon completion ofthe survey a report is prepared that shows the vibration spectrum established by the survey together with our recommendations. The vibration data is then compared to the equipment manufacturers vibration specification. If the vibration is within the specification, no isolation is required, and the report will state this. If the vibration exceeds the specification, a vibration isolation system will be recommended to reduce the vibration to within the manufacturers specification. If the survey data shows that a vibration isolation system is needed and it is purchased from Pneumatic Systems Engineering, we will defer 50% of the price of the survey off the price of the isolation system.

Pneumatic Systems Engineering offers field service and on-site installation of new and used pneumatic isolation systems.
PSE carries numerous replacement servo valves, diaphragms, regulators and fittings. We also have the parts and resources to rebuild many outdated isolation systems.
